ABOUT KIM

Kim Cook — real estate professional, author, storyteller, and guest speaker — brings over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and land use properties, and has earned numerous top producer awards throughout her career.

Now a new passion has taken hold. Kim has spent a lifetime collecting adventures and experiences — most of them true — and has channeled them into a second calling as an author, storyteller, and speaker. Her love of travel, her curiosity about people, and her gift for hearing and holding their stories have led her to this new path, with the hope that her own stories will help others navigate this thing called life.

In her personal life, Kim’s greatest joys have been her faith, her family, and her friends. Her sense of adventure has never dimmed — she is always climbing over one mountain just to see the next valley.

Kim has completed her first book, I Am My Father’s Child: A True Story of History, Mystery, Betrayal, and Forgivness, and is currently at work on several others. She welcomes every opportunity to connect with new people and is available to speak with groups of all kinds. Her philosophy is simple: everything is a gift, no matter how challenging — there is always something to be learned from it.
